Turnaj přípravek v Přelouči

Vážení sportovní přátelé,stále jsme slyšeli kritiku,že hlavní trenér přípravky novozélanďan Dean Reeves nepíše články o absolvovaných turnajích našich benjamínků. Deean se však pochlapil a první článek je zde. Přejeme příjemné počtení :

 We set off by train with an under 11 and an under 9 team.After a sound sleep in a fancy hotel the boys were well rested and  eager to play. The under 11 boys started off well with a sound win against the  regular foes from Vyškov (5-0), unfortunately that proved to be the team's only win. Defeated  by a much larger team from Tatra (0-3), drawing (2-2) with Říčany and  narrow losses to Petrovice and Sparta (4-5) and (3-4) respectively.

 The last two games were theirs for the taking but some defensive  lapses cost them dearly. Although there was another stand-out  performance again from Honza Selik - who seems to be getting better  and better. They will have a chance to redeem themselves when they will be certain  to meet the same teams in the National Championships, held this year  in Vyškov on 18 June.  To have a chance they will need to have some  determined defence and a solid team effort.

  It was a similar situation for our youngest boys. They gave away a lot  of height and weight to the bigger boys from Prague, but they will be  all the better prepared, the next time they meet.
